The Subscription pricing is designed to allow you to get started with KiBiz at a lower cost, give you an option to continue each year, and to spread the cost over 3 years. It also includes free on going KiBiz technical support and consulting to ensure that your company will get the best results from using our program.
The One Time fee pricing is designed to allow you pay 20% less and own the program from the start. Technical support would be charged at our normal rate. |

**KiBizSystem Maintenance Program
The Maintenance Program covers technical support, and consulting on developing new ways to handle issues, changes, exceptions, and business growth. Also, includes trouble-shooting, handling data issues and user challenges to getting the program to work to its full potential.
The Maintenance Program does NOT COVER CUSTOMIZATION of KiBiz or PROGRAM UPGRADES.
KiBiz Guarantee and Return Policy
All KiBiz Systems original product features are guaranteed to work. If, there any bugs found they will be fixed at no extra charge.
There is 30 day return policy on all non-customized Software products. There is a 15% adminstrative fee for all returns made during this 30 day period. There are no returns allowed after the 30 period, which begins upon the initial delivery of the link to download your licensed version of the software.
